DLW, a home owner resident since 1984, is a seasoned world-traveler with visits to over 23 different counties. A Vietnam-era Navy vet, DLW is no stranger to the various cultures. He earned a B.S. degree in industrial technology from UW-Stout (
Summa Cum Laude). His top skill is business-to-business negotiations along the lines of intergrades leading edge technologies. He balances his professional life with sailing catamarans, remodeling, woodworking and philosophical endeavors with neighbors.
He previously served on the JACC board in 1985 and 2006, making the 2009 election his third term.
When asked what he would like to accomplish with this term, DLW said, "I just want to push the ball forward. We are really all just temporary residents in time."
